One More Cloud confirms it scommitment to comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from European Union member countries to the United States. One More Cloud has certified to the Depart of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Pricay Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Any and all issues related to Privacy Shield are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Customers may invoke binding arbitration to resolve such matters.
